    Description

******Neat vintage 16mm movie. ***THRIFT SHOP FIND**I bought a bunch of 16mm films and will be listing them in the next few weeks*******I AM NOT AN EXPERT ON THIS****It is a 16mm Color Kodachrome film, no sound. Date code is "triangle- square" which dates it to 1944. I believe this was taken by a soldier stationed in the CBI Theater during WWll, as I have other films I will be listing taken by the same soldier. This is titled "Religious India", has great images of various Hindu religious events, celebrations, people, crude carnival rides, buildings, large parade figures, man selling pottery, etc. Rare footage. My buddy played it through a projector, or some type of viewer. On an old Bell & Howell reel that has a patent date of 1932, reel has just over 400 ft. of footage. Fair/good condition, good color, some surface scratching, splices, wear, very light vinegar smell, sold "as-is".***CHECK OUT MY OTHER AUCTIONS******Buyer pays shipping. Will ship out within 3 days of cleared payment in account. Thanks! ***Due to mailing issues I ship to the lower 48 states only.****I SHIP BY PRIORITY MAIL ONLY******
