I list the contents that are included in every sale.  If an item is not listed such as a manual, original box or other small accessory, then I am not including that specific item in the sale.
International sales will be AS-IS.  All sales in the Continental US, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are guaranteed against being Dead on Arrival (DOA).

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ISSUES
You must contact me within 30 days of receiving an item to initiate a return or exchange.
Free returns if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA).  Once I receive a returned DOA item, I do inspect/test it to verify it is non-functional before issuing a refund.
It is YOUR responsibility to check compatibility prior to purchasing.
Items returned for a reason other than DOA will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and buyer pays all shipping fees.
Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received, which includes all parts and packaging.
No returns accepted on international sales.
If the item does not match the description or is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact me before opening a case with eBay or leaving negative feedback as those options just complicate an otherwise easy fix.  I can usually send you parts or we can do an exchange/return for a full refund.
