Weird 1960's Outtake 16mm Vintage TV Film Show Upskirt Uncensored Blooper

Description

Here is a bizarre 16mm film,
the leader is titled "keep your pants on" 2/27/1961.
it appears to be an outtake of a headstand from an unknown TV show, someone at the lab made a print of the outtake and looped it and edited the piece to comedic effect.  The film has the original sound and laugh track, includes a countdown head and tail leader.
Was this ever shown on TV? Maybe not.
