Used, obviously, but still in nice condition, especially considering it’s age. Looks to be almost all here, but I’m certainly not an expert. The pedals have been replaced with wood blocks. Measures approximately 34 1/4” long, 13” wide, 12 1/2” tall to the top of the windshield and 16 1/2” tall to the top of the steering wheel. The wheels measure approximately 7” in diameter.
