Unique Antique Clawed Sugar Cube Tongs w/Cobra Head Winged Dragon & Mans's Face

Quite a unique and
unusual pair of sugar cube tongs. Tongs feature a dragon with a cobra's head and a man's face along with a couple men or beasts flanking the handles. They measure about 6" long overall. Under close inspection with a loupe, you can see remnants of some type of a gold plating. They are not marked. See pictures for more details.
