Used. Comes in non-original packaging with scuffs and scrapes from previous use. One of the latches is broken off and the handle on top is broken off as well.  Please see pictures for a better idea of condition.
Notes:
The latches turn smoothly and lock securely.  The roller handle slides smoothly in and out and locks into place.  The wheels roll smoothly as well.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
