    How to receive your freight:
You must be present to sign proof of delivery.  You can not authorize freight to be left without you being present.
Rule number one for receiving your freight – don’t sign the delivery receipt until you’ve inspected your shipment. By signing the delivery receipt without exception you are acknowledging your shipment has been delivered in the expected condition. The driver is required to let you inspect your freight, so take the time to go through it and don’t sign the delivery receipt until you’re ready. Start by taking a look at the outward condition of the packaging. Look for any damages including punctures, spills, and creases. If your shipment is stretch-wrapped on a pallet, also take note of the condition of the wrap. Is it loose or torn?  Make note of any external damage to the packaging on the Proof of delivery/ Bill of Lading.  If you have the time open and inspect for interior concealed damage and notate before you sign.  If there is exterior damage on the packaging that even suggest the possibility of damage at the very least note that and open  package enough to inspect the item in areas where exterior packing has any damage and then inspect further if needed.  Within 24 hour, but as soon as possible inspect the interior for possible concealed damage due to shipping.  If there is any it must be reported to freight company within 5 days.   Drivers can’t leave until the Bill Of Lading is signed. When you've determined that the condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable and/or noted any damage, you can then sign the delivery receipt. The driver will provide you with a copy and take the signed copy with them. If a copy is not offered, please request it for your records. Do not refuse shipment  unless you think  that the damage is bad enough that  we couldn't work out a solution
Your signature on the delivering carrier's freight Bill Of Lading (BOL) constitutes acceptance of the merchandise
    as is
and in good order and at the very least the the exterior of the product is as described by ebay terms.
