Klein cable puller, 1604-20L

Description

This cable puller is rated at 5,000 lbs.  It is in excellent condition.  Note, this is the L model which has the latch, the latch prevents the cable from coming out of the puller when cable tension is reduced.   See photos 2 & 3, the photos show the latch in the closed and the open position.
