HERE IS A GLOSSY BLACK AND WHITE  8" X 10" PHOTO THAT IS SIGNED BY NEGRO LEAGUE FIRST BASEMAN JAMES "RED"MOORE.
IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, WITH VERY LIGHT WEAR.
THE PHOTO IS A REPRINT(SIGNATURE IS AN ORIGINAL) OF A PICTURE TAKEN AT AN OLD TIMER'S GAME IN ATLANTA-FULTON COUNTY STADIUM(MOORE IS THE ONE ON LEFT SIDE OF THE FRONT ROW WITH A FIRST  BASEMAN'S MITT ON.)  IS SIGNED IN BLACK SHARPIE; AND WAS SIGNED MAY 8, 2001.
JAMES "RED" MOORE WAS A FIRST BASEMAN IN THE NEGRO LEAGUES FOR MANY YEARS, BEGINNING IN THE 1930'S. HE PLAYED ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT TEAMS INCLUDING THE BALTIMORE ELITES AND THE ATLANTA BLACK CRACKERS. HE WAS ON 3 DIFFERENT ALL-STAR TEAMS AND IN 2006 WAS INDUCTED INTO THE ATLANTA SPORTS HALL OF FAME.
JAMES "RED" MOORE DIED FEBRUARY 6, 2016.
