Hand Made Silver Belt Buckle

Ok, I am no expert in jewelry or precious metals so I do not know whether this is solid silver or not. It shows no reaction to a magnet but with the ice cube test there was immediate melting. A heat test with a lighter for a mere 4 seconds rapidly heated the piece so much that it was almost uncomfortable to hold in hand. It measures 4-1/4” wide X 2-6/16” high X 1 cm thick and weighs 33 grams.
A beautiful handcrafted item that could be used as a belt buckle, hair ornament or even a necklace pendant. It is highly polished and has a lovely etched design that is reminiscent to me of part of a sunflower. There is no hallmark or maker's mark.

Good+ pre-owned / used condition. Shows light surface scratching.
