This is a previously owned Genuine Canon G12 Complete LCD Assembly that has been inspected and meets the manufacturer's specifications.  We will email you step by step photo directions showing you how to remove your defective one.  Once you've removed the defective part, all you have to do is reverse the photos to install the replacement.
