FULL electric, there is NOT old technology where is a Engine with Electric support.
This is a real FULL electric Bus, with powerful electric motor.
this bus can be setup for full electric or on Board charger, this have the expensive configuration  onboard Capstone microturbine Engine with LPG. it
recharge batteries on road to extend range oft he batteries but it can easy removed or disable to use 100% electric.
These trolley bus was purchase by Galveston city in 2005 for 0.000 each bus, with the Power Booster (Turbine)
This buses have less than 5.000 miles when was retired from service. only 2 months after purchase Hurricane ike hit Galveston, then all 3 trolley was sent to the factory in California for full inspection. the factory take a year for refurbish the Buses, the City can't wait and purchase another 3 Trolleys and park it since.
They are rust as any vehicle of 10 years close of coast.

I charge the batteries in one of this trolley and work perfect even the turbine, except for the A/C and brakes. looks all working.
I have all manuals and wiring diagrams of this trolley, it have Japanese Motor and Controller.
