    DIXIE BELLE DECOUPAGE RICE PAPERS - BELLS & WHISTLES

    Colorful Tiles, Pallet Wood Pattern, and Whimsical Mediterranean are 11.75" x 16.5" while the others are 11.81" x 12.6"
    There are 3 sheets per pack.
    Instructions:
    Cut the border off of the decoupage paper
    Apply a layer of clear coat where you want to place it (do not let dry)
    Place the decoupage paper of the clear coat.
    Once the paper has been activated with the clear coat you can very gently slide it around and smooth out any bubbles.  Take care not to tear the paper.
    Apply another layer of clear coat over the decoupage paper and allow to dry before applying any other products.
    Dries in 1 hour and cures in 21 to 30 days.
