We strive to keep shipping costs reasonable, so for some large items that may mean using UPS (or possibly Fedex) which may take longer. Most often We use USPS first class/priority/flat rate depending on value/weight and pack as well as We can to protect your purchase, as We are a collectors, and know how We want to receive Our items, and the heartbreak that happens when someone carelessly dumps your treasured item in to a box to have it be mauled, man-handled and destroyed (or nearly de
stroyed, generally, the same thing).
For returns, please contact us prior to return. As per ebay policy, refund limited to purchase price only. That being said, we strive to treat other as we would like to be treated and want transactions to held with integrity and strive for the best resolution for all involved.. This is a smoke free home.

As such may not have been handled with the greatest care in the past or have manuf. flaws, we try to describe items to the best of our ability, but are not experts. If loss or damage happens in transit and insurance was purchased, we will assist with the claim, please save all packaging and items for possible inspection.
