Chinese Dragon Bookends, Maroon Laquered, Great Condition!. Shipped with USPS Ground Mail. Beautiful set of bookends. Purchased many years ago at an antique store when I was on a hunt for bookends. Never really used and stored away in a hutch. No real signs of ware. They both have an identical small indent on the front base which you can see on the pictures. The indents are smooth and so don’t think they are anything but a factory thing. One minor scratch on base underneath one the lions which is barely noticeable, as seen in last photo. I want you to be happy with this purchase and know what you are getting. Preowned but I think in wonderful condition. One lion has his foot on a ball of some sort and the other lion has his foot on what looks like a small lion.
