I had seen only once or twice that these type of lamp-oil diffuser was brought up for sale in the past.
For sale is the diffuser only.

Diameter(of body): 32.5 mm approx.
Very good antique condition. With lots of patina, some stains and wear. The inside of the diffuser looks dry and quite clean.
