isted for sale is this rare antique sterling silver sugar shaker with cobalt glass liner made by Dominick & Haff

. The body of the shaker is reticulated
with a vertical slat design and marked underneath with “
Sterli
ng", “682
”, D&H’s hallmark
specified with “925” and “1889”, and very light “3922
” monogram
(see photos)
. There is also a monogram in artful alphabets on the surface of the shaker. The dome-like lid is punctuated in dot- and star- shapes and can be screwed perfectly into the body of the shaker. The cobalt glass insert is removable. The whole piece is delicate and elegant.
Measures: Dimensions, the whole piece, 6 ¾” h x 3 1/8” base diameter; Weight, sterling 9.8 standard oz; total weight, 15.9 standard oz.
Condition: overall excellent with no damage or repair; silver part has
no dents, splits or dings; cobalt glass insert is in perfect condition.
