Rare. Great shape. A two part assembled tool hold/dross collector, while most of these not often seen tool holders were made as one piece.
It's kind of heavy especially the bottom part, I believe it was weighted to assure the holder would always stand stable with some long piece tools gathered in.
Height: 58 mm approx.
Top diam: 41 mm approx.
Width of bottom from side to side: 34 mm approx.
Very good antique condition, with patina, stains, wears. The rim of the upper part became a little wavy from use, a very short, stable split and a tiny bump. Please see photos.
