Description

THIS WEEK IS AN ESTATE
SALE WITH A GREAT VARIETY OF ANTIQUES,
JEWELRY AND FINE ARTS.
This offer is for a Vintage Black & White Photo from the 1940's.We consider it historically important. The obituary is dated 1964 . Looks like Charlie is together with at least one fraternity brother in the photo. The fact that Omega Psi Phi formed at Morehouse College in 1921 and Charlie was there in the early 1920's, he could be one of the founding members of Omega.  He played baseball for the Grays and Basketball at Morehouse College, so some of his pals in the pic could also have been on those teams but not sure of any names. Charlie is standing at far left. Photo and obituary are original. The pic is 5" x 7".The mat is about 7" x 9".
