TERMS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (eff. 2/1/12):
If the actual item cost equals more than  USD, the item
must
be shipped via Priority Mail International or Express Mail International at your shipping expense.  This is due to the lack of seller protection, especially for international transactions.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (eff. 2/1/12):
Insurance is mandatory for purchases of actual items costing a total of or more, and is added as the "handling cost" for domestic shipments.  Insurance and tracking are NOT available for international shipments unless items are shipped via International Express Mail and via Priority Mail to limited locations.
