2007 GTI 2 door. 2.0T, 149k, DSG automatic 6 speed trans, sunroof. Runs strong, shifts great, ac works and is a solid car. New battery last year and is a reliable starter. This is an extra car and I’m not driving it as much as I would like and it’s time to let it go. Make it your hot hatch project or just an airport car. She looks good overall and has the normal age issues with the interior linings and carpet, a small ding in the left front fender from some Nascar rubbing on PCH, rim curb rash, etc.
The tire pressure is on and most likely just the sensor in one or all of the tires. The tires have good tread on them, hold air well (I check regularly) and have some evidence of dry rot. I didn’t put them on and don’t know the age, so get some fresh sneakers on this GTI and have some fun in the canyons. She pulls like a champ on the hills and is a raw blast to drive. The yellow airbag light is also on and is most likely a ground short in the seat per the online forums advice and I never looked into it any further. Wear a seat belt and avoid the solid things and you won’t have to worry about all the sensors working.
