This binder from 1996 is full of folders, tabs,  advertisements, sell sheets, artwork and hype, It was used by retailers to plan out their Disney promotions based on upcoming releases. (Back then it was VHS) It's not just Toy Story, it's all Disney releases. There may be some pieces that have writing on them but most don't. A cool feature of this binder is that lights on Buzz's wings used to blink on and off. The battery has long since died, but trust me it was impressive. The binder is full of stuff, so you will have a field day sorting through it. The binder itself is in excellent condition.
