First off I want to say that deciding to part with this bike has been difficult the past few days. I was going to sell it out right, then changed my mind. I pulled the listing due to a change in heart, but now realize due to health issues I need to let her go. I will not end the auction early and I am not listing it locally. The auction will run to the end and if there are bids, high bidder wins. Here we have a really nice KZ1000R Eddie Lawson Replica, VIN JKAKZCR15DA0022784, engine is original to bike serial number KZT00JE-042125, the engine number starts with "4" which is only found on '83 KZ1000R. Engine has been completely gone through, down to the bare cases, original cylinder head has brand new valves and genuine kawasaki valve guide seals, engine is dyno tuned. I have the stock airbox as well as original Kerker emblem, original cable lock that goes in the frame still new in the box. Bike has new Michelin tires as well as chain and sprockets etc. Tank was repainted and is totally rust free inside, but does have a couple defects in the decals, hard to see but there, I have a new seat cover for the bike as there is a small blemish on the cover but no tears. I saved this bike from a cafe project (not sure what he was thinking). The seat mounts on the frame were removed but I have a set, so they will need to be re installed (welded back on}, thats really the only issues. Bike runs beautifully and break-in oil has been replaced with Amsoil.
