1977 Kawasaki kz1000

Description

Nice all original KZ1000 a 1977 model              clear title
tank is clean inside
runs well
the frame was a replacement from kawasaki and is stamped made in japan on the head tube  frame was placed due to a crack in the front gusset on the original frame  ( frame was replaced under warranty in 1978)
the air box was replaced with K&N filters ( airbox is not available)
starter button is missing the plastic cover but still works fine.
small rub on the right side exhaust end  and a few battery acid stains on the exhaust below the right side foot peg from the overflow tube.

the center stand and kick stand have some surface rust, exhaust system is in great condition with no rust holes and good looking chrome.
original grips , original rear grab bar, original seat, and cover, brand new tires and tubes installed last week.
bike runs great and sounds as it should -  stock pipes with baffles
seat lock key is different from the ignition key, but all keys are oem kawasaki there are two of each
matching frame and engine numbers ( within 200 of each other)
the left rear turn signal stalk has been replaced  after pictures were taken.
