    This is a 16mm original print of the 1934
    Hamilton MacFadden
    pre-Code musical STAND UP AND CHEER, a Fox Film Corp. production starring Madge Evans, Warner Baxter, James Dunn, John Boles, Sylvia Froos, and Dick Foran.
    This 1984 Eastman TV print has no splices, scratches, or other sign of wear. It's exceptionally clean. There is no sign of vinegar syndrome.
    About the film: this TV version is minus the section in which Stepin Fetchit jumps into an aquarium; the offensive scene was censored for television.
    Musical numbers include:
